The complete restoration of a house can be a daunting task, but it's also a highly rewarding one. Our team had the opportunity to take on such a project in the lovely suburb of Glenhaven, located in Sydney, Australia. The property was an old house in need of serious attention, both inside and out.

As with many old houses, we knew from the outset that structural alterations would be necessary to ensure the property was safe and structurally sound. To begin with, we conducted a thorough inspection to identify the areas that needed attention. We then developed a comprehensive plan to address each issue and make the necessary repairs.

The restoration process involved a full renovation of the exterior and interior. The outside of the house required a complete overhaul, including a new roof, new windows, and new cladding. We also made extensive changes to the landscaping, which included the addition of a new patio area, planting new shrubs and trees, and designing a beautiful garden to complement the newly renovated exterior.

Inside, we gutted the entire house to create a clean slate, giving us the opportunity to start from scratch and create a beautiful new living space. We installed new plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as new insulation and drywall. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely redone, with new appliances, cabinetry, and fixtures.

We also paid close attention to the design and aesthetics of the house, ensuring that every detail was carefully considered. The result is a stunning, modernized home that retains its original character and charm. We were able to successfully restore the house to its former glory while incorporating modern amenities that make it functional for today's lifestyle.
